How did Hot Cookie get started?

Hot Cookie started operating in a food truck in Arizona in 2014. 

Does the Hot Cookie Food Truck still operate?

Sadly, due to an engine fire the food truck no longer operates. But we pivoted to selling cookie dough nationwide so we’re stoked to bring our cookie dough to more people!

Where is the cookie dough made?

Our Cookie dough is made from scratch in a kitchen in Mesa, AZ.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE COOKIE DOUGH?

Yes, we offer gluten-free cookie dough! We use (Flour) to create our gluten-free recipes. While both gluten-free and non-gluten-free dough are made in the same kitchen, we take extra precautions to sanitize and produce them at different times. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Can I eat raw cookie dough?

For your safety, we recommend against consuming raw cookie dough. Our Hot Cookie dough is meant to be baked, ensuring a delicious and safe experience. Although it may be tempting, raw cookie dough carries the risk of salmonella and E. coli. Indulge in the irresistible taste of Hot Cookie dough by baking it and savoring the warm, gooey goodness.

How long does the cookie dough last?

In the refrigerator 2-3 days. In the freezer for up to 3 months. But you’ll want to eat them sooner once you get hooked!

How do you ship ice cream?

Our cookie dough is packaged in an insulated box with plenty of dry ice to keep it frozen hard right to your doorstep.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship your order out within 5 business days, however there may be some delay during holidays and sales. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. You will receive another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

The bad part about shipping dough is the cost to ship frozen products, so we pay for 25-50% of the shipping cost to help you. We offer flat-rate shipping in the United States based on the state of your shipping destination.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a 3 bag (24 cookies) minimum per order. It’s the only way it makes sense to be able to ship it to you without us losing money. There is no maximum limit. 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. BUT, If you contact us shortly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee any changes.

Do you accept returns?

We are not able to accept returns.

Can I specify a delivery date?

We are not able to take requests for delivery on a specific date.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We ship with a signature release, so you do not have to be home to receive your order. Please make sure that you move the contents of your package into the freezer as soon as possible!
