Frozen cookie dough gives all of the ingredients more time to fully incorporate giving you more consistent cookies with the perfect crispy edge and warm gooey center.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Hot Cookie fulfills orders Wednesday. We ship using express frozen delivery and use insulated packaging with dry ice so your cookie dough arrives frozen 1-3 days after fulfillment.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, Unfortunately UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes.
How does Hot Cookie stay frozen?
We package our cookie dough into insulated containers and use dry ice to keep it frozen during transit. Even if the dry ice has already evaporated by the time you receive your dough, you're all good to go as long as Hot Cookie is still cold to the touch. Throw your dough into the oven or freezer as soon as you can.
How much does it cost to ship?
Frozen delivery ensures you bake the best cookies. We ship our cookie dough in an insulated cooler with dry ice to keep it frozen. We charge a flat rate based on your location, and we pay for $15 of your shipping costs to help you.
What do I do with the dry ice?
If your order arrives and there is still dry ice, please exercise caution and follow the directions included in the package to dispose of the dry ice. DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS.
